QuIBO’s highly competent staff are Certified Public Accountants, accountants, or bookkeepers. Depending on the size of the client, at least one processor is assigned to an account. This processor reports to an Account Manager who is responsible for the workflow, verification of all data, and completion of reports before the deadline..

        QuIBO requires that all messages, instructions, inquiries, requests, and the like be made in writing only by way of the following forms: e-mail, fax, or any written manner.

        The QuIBO staff member and Account Manager are available to receive instructions or handle inquiries during office hours, which are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays.

Engagement with the client begins after the following steps are taken:

  1. Upon signing of the Service Agreement, QuIBO will do the necessary set-up of data and accounts.
  2. QuIBO and the Client will agree on policies and procedures.
  3. A parallel run of the service will be carried out for one month.
  4. Full outsourcing service will be rendered.
